Cancellation policy
Overview
Plans change—we get it. Our policy aims to be fair to customers and technicians while keeping the platform reliable.
For customers
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
- Cancelling within 24 hours may incur a service fee (set by the technician).
- No-shows are charged the minimum visit fee.
How to cancel: open your request → “Manage” → “Cancel”. We’ll notify the technician automatically.
For technicians
- Last-minute cancellations should be avoided. Repeated cancellations may affect ranking.
- If a job must be cancelled, message the customer and cancel in the app so another technician can help.
Refunds & disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, contact support within 7 days. We review chats, timestamps, and posted terms to reach a fair outcome.
